These are excellent cabinets coming with, as displayed, the warranty, price, and description. These freezers are normally used by people who have the space for a chest freezer or know that chest freezers are better than Uprights due to better temperature uniformity inside the freezer. The chest cabinets use less energy than the upright model. Also there is minimum impact on the samples when opening the lid because the cold air stays in the cabinet whereas in an upright the cold air drops out whenever the door is opened. By every freezer we advise to invest in racking to manage your samples better (look for this at the Accessories section).
