As well as purchasing freezers, there is also the option of short term hire for a few weeks during freezer repairs or while you are defrosting your existing freezers. For important projects or temporary overspill, freezers can be hired for any period from a minimum of two weeks or a few months up to years. You can even pay for this service with your company card as we now have the facility to accept debit and credit cards.
Backup freezer as part of the Repair Service
This can be supplied as part of the repair service. There is a fixed cost including transport for the duration of the repair or as long as the replacement freezer from us remains on site.
Backup freezer as part of a Service Contract
A freezer can be supplied as part of the service contract. There is a fixed cost inclusive transport and maintenance, for the duration of the service contract.

Long term Hire
Ideal if you have requirements for a freezer but no capital expenditure budget available or can’t get authorisation to purchase. Giving you the opportunity to change the size with minimum cost of handling and transport the flexibility you don’t have when owning a cabinet. No repair or maintenance cost to worry about and a temporary backup or exchange replacement freezer on site.

End of life freezer replacement for a newer model in consultation with the client. Ensuring reliable, good quality technical equipment with a full service plan, history and calibration certificates. On request we can have the freezers validated and temperature mapped.
Flexi Hire
You select a type and size of freezer, you tell us how many weeks you need it for and the frequency of having the cabinet at site. We make a dedicated contract for you this saves the process and time generated by a paper trail with order forms etc. If the cabinet needs to stay longer it will be charged per week. This gives you flexibility and a good budget control.
